Licensin8 DUKE POWER COMPANY'S OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 3 DRAFT LICENSE Enclosed is a copy of the proposed draft license for Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit 3, for your review and concurrence prior to review by OGC. There are antitrust conditions being proposed for this license.
They are pending before the ASLB for decision. The license uses the new language permitting broad possession and use of byproduct and special nuclear materials.
A punch list of outstanding matters on Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit 3, prepared by the LPM, Irv Peltier, is enclosed.
Based on current estimates the applicant is scheduled to load fuel approximately July 24, 1974. We will have the complete licenso package ready for your review and signature on or before July 19, 1974.
