APPROVAL OF fY 1991 STAFFING PLAN The FY 1991 Advisory Comittee on Reactor Safeguards ( ACRS) staffing plan submitted on October 3, 1990 has been reviewed by the Office of Personnel (0P), and is approved as annotated to include the proposed organizational nace change.
The plan describes the organizational structure and identifies specific positions allocated for FY 1991.
The positions identified in the plan reflect the full performance level of all employees in ACRS and are subject to periodic review.

Proposed changes to the attached plan, either in its organization structure or in the evaluation of positions, should be submitted to OP for review.
We will assist you as necessary in coordinating with Position Evaluation and with the Union to assure appropriate and expedient implementation of the staffing plan.
ACRS is authorized a full-time equivalent (FTE) personnel ceiling of 38 for FY 1991.
