By letter dated March 21, 1990, Florida Power Corporation (FPC) requested approval of a revised capsule withdrawal and insertion schedule for CR-3.

Based on our review of your submittal, as summarized in the enclosed Safety Evaluation, we conclude that the revised schedule is acceptable.

This completes our effort on TAC No. 76364.
