Subject: ' Meeting No. 90-05 on NRC Examination Report No. 50-219/89-24 (OL) -
This letter forwards the results of a management meeting held-on February 9,
1990, at the~ Region I Office, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The meeting was
conducted by'myself with members of your staff. -The purpose of the meeting was
to discuss the two: issues. documented in Section 4 of our Examination Report
50-219/89-24 (OL):
(1) the deficiencies noted in your processingLof the;
license applications (NRC Form 398) from candidates for the replacement exami-
nation conducted during the weeks of October 9 and'16, 1989, and (2) the.up-
' grading of your. training' program to latest NRC standards which form the basis-
' of 10 CFR 55.' . On:the basis of your presentation during the meeting, the first
~1ssue'is considered resolved,.and the second issue is being referred to;the
office of' Nuclear Reactor Regulation.for further review.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
