' changes:to the NPDES discharge: permit and any permit violations. Attached is-a-copy'of-the' monthly Discharger Self Monitoring Report.for the month ofi j

January'1990.s.This report makes note of water quality violations.

The normal carbon: report. forms have not arrived from the EPA.:therefore, copies of forms.
