As a condition of the approval of Amendment No. 45 to Facility 1
Operating License No. DPR-54, the District agreed to provide the

NRC with a copy of any changes to the NPDES discharge permit and any permit violations.
Attached is a copy of the Lonthly Discharger Self Monitoring Report required by the State of California.
The report makes note of a water quality violation.
