This acknowledges receipt of your letters dated November 16, 1979, January 29, 1981, and July 8,1981 by which you transmitted Revision Nos. 8, 9 and 10,respectively, to the Oyster Creek Physical Security Pl a n.
We have reviewed the changes in the revisions and agree that all of the changes reflected in Revisions 8 and 9 and some of the changes contained in Revision 10 are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). We do not agree that certain changes documented in Revision 10,. as indicated in the enclosure to this letter, are consistent with these provisions. The enclosure to this letter provides additional information regarding this position.
We have determined that the enclosures.to your letters and the enclosure to this letter contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and are, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure.
