NRC Staff Visit to Seabrook Station (Environmental Review)
The NRC staff will visit the Seabrook Station on December 1-2, 1981. This visit is part of the review process for preparing the environmental statement related to the operating license application.
The first day of the visit is scheduled for a site tour to make observations of conditions where Seabrook Station plant facilities and structures have an interface with the surrounding environment. The second day is scheduled for a meeting between the NRC staff and Public Service Company of New Hampshire, et.al., to discuss specific areas of staff interest. These discussions will encompass the questions that resulted from the acceptance review of the Environmental Report and forwarded as Enclosure 3 to the NRC letter of acceptance dated September 30, 1981. Other areas of interest developed during the site tour may also be discussed.
Enclosed herewith is a copy of the meeting notice with attached agenda and other related details.

Transmission line alignment AD persons to go on the tour are to meet inside the Seabrook Education Center at 9:00 a.m.'
The specific route will be determined at that time (based on tide conditions at the estuary and any other relevant considerations). This meeting is expected to take no more than 10 minutes.
The decision on when and how long to break for lunch will be made af ter the tour has started,and will be based on how well the tour is progressing.

Discussions will be held between the NRC staff and the applicant. The outline of the discussions will follow the topics identified during the ER-DL acceptance review that are cited in the questions in
