March 1, 1974 Hi Pot Test Report Brunswick Penetrations UECC PO#9527-01-118-1CP141 In order to demonstrate the adequacy of the insulation system, each conductor was subjected to the following high pot test:

Class A 5 KV rating 12.5 KV to ground 1 mir.
12.5 KV cond to cend. I min.
Class B & C 600 V rating 2.2 KV to ground I min.
2 7 KV cond. to cond. 5 sec.
Class D (thermocouples) 1 KV to ground I min.
1 KV cond. to cond. 5 sec.
Class E (neutron detector) 3 KV-DC cond, to first rhield 1 min.,
Class F (CRDM) 1 KV to' ground 1 min.
1 KV cond. to cond. 5 sec.
The above tests were performe.1 on each prototype and on each production penetration.
All met the above values sithout failure.
