4-LIMITINC CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.10.2 The provisions of Operational Definition 1.26 may 'be suspended to permit-the Confirmatory Flow Induced Vibration Testing required by Regulatory Guides 1.20 and 1.68 during initial Startup Test program with the Reactor Mode Switch in the Shutdown position.
Applicability:
During the Confirmatory Flow' Induced Vibration Test with fuel in the Vessel.
Action:
With the requirements.of the above specification
-not applicable, verify the appropriate operable condition of Definition 1.26 is met.
SURVIELLANCE REQUIREMENTS 4.10.2 With the Operational Condition Definition 1.26 suspended verify:
- 1) That operation condition 4 or-5 specifications are met 4 hours4.62963e-5 days
0.00111 hours
6.613757e-6 weeks
1.522e-6 months
prior to the test and as applicable until completion of the test.
- 2) That specifications 3.1.3.8, 3.4.9.1,.and 3.4.9.2 are met as required by Reactor Vessel Pressure or Reactor Coolant Temperature once per 12 hours1.388889e-4 days
0.00333 hours
1.984127e-5 weeks
4.566e-6 months
.

3/4.10.2 PRIMARY CONTAINMENT INTEGRITY Since the drywell head will be removed to permit routing a temporally installed nitrogen supply line to the primary system, primary containment integrity will not be available while conducting the confirmatory flow induced vibration testing required by Regulatory Guides 1.20 and 1.68.
These tests will be conducted near rated reactor temperature and pressure.
Because a significant fission product inventory will not exist within the reactor core, the unavailability of primary containment should not present an unacceptable risk.
Since the RCIC injection line into the reactor head will be disconnected and used to route nitrogen into the primary system, the RCIC system will be unavailable while conoucting the confirmatory flow ir.duced vibration testing required by the Regulatory Guide 1.20 and 1.68.
