This is in further reply to your letter dated May 12, 1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of documents relating to seven categories of information identified in your request.
As stated in iny letter dated June 10, 1981, a few additional documents were identified which were being reviewed for release.
This review has been completed, and copies of the documents listed on Appendix A hereto are enclosed.

The Coalition For Safe Power hereby makes the following requests for information pursuant to 10 CFR 9.8:
- 1) Minutes of the February 25, 1981 meeting between Robert Engleken, NRC, and Bob Ferguson,, Washington Public Power Supply System.
- 2) Provide a list of all 42 violations of NRC regulations which were discussed at the meeting in 1 above, with a detailed description, and all NRC evaluations of each violation.
- 3) Provide all documents concerning drug use at the WPPSS Hanford Nuclear Project.
- 4) Supply all interviews done by the NRC with workers at all WPPSS projects under NRC jurisdiction.
- 5) Provide all NRC documents concerning the possibility of suspension, modification or revocation of WPPSS construction license.
- 6) Supply all documents related to the falsification of records including but not limited to pipe hangers in the reactor building at the WPPSS Nuclear Project 2.
- 7) Supply all documents relied on by the NRC in assessing a $61,000 fine, in June 1980.
