Thank you for your letter of July 24, 1981, informing us of the steps you have
taken to correct the violations concerning activities under NRC Construction
Permit Nos. CPPR-116 and CPPR-117 brought to your attention in our letter of
June 24, 1981. We will examine your corrective actions and plans on Violations
A and 8 during subsequent inspections.
Based on the additional information provided in your July 24, 1981 letter, we
agree with your discussion regarding Violation C, there was no violation of code
requirements. Our records will be amended to reflect the above.
