EindingE_and._Recotmnendettions A revision to Unit 2 and 3 Technical Specifications is being proposed as part of the Dresden Station Improvement Program Technical Specifiention Action Plan.
Specifically, the technical specification changes are directed by NRC Generic Letter 89-01.
Contained in this package are also Revision 0. A of the Of f site Dose Calculational Manual (ODCM) and Revision 2 of the Process Control Program (PCP).
The changes in Technical Specif*. cations Sections 1.0, 3/4.2, 3/4.8, and 6.0 involves transfer of text to the ODCM, and PCP.
The new ODCM Chapter 12 uddition is present in both references to facilitate use.
A discussion of the changes proposed follows this section.
Attachment A contains a summary of changes. Attachment B contains the proposed changes to the Technical Specifications.
