The deficiencies consisted of undersized bolts and flame cut bolt holes (which are oversir.4 and exceed minimum edge diatance) in bolted structural connections in the seismically designed Unit #1 Turbine Building.
These structural deficiencies are being evaluated in conjunction with other deficiencies identified to date (Items 90, 92, and 102), and reported to the NxC, and re-inspection of the Turbine Building is continuing in order to identify any additional examples of this and other previously reported deficiencies.
We expect the re-inspection and evaluation to be complete by April 15, 1983.
We will keep you informed of our progress and evaluations on this item until completed.
