WELDING DEFICIENCIES IN CHILLED WATER PUMPS BED PLATES

This letter is to confirm the January 6, 1983 telephone conversation between Mr. N. J. Chiangi and Mr. A. Hardin.
Mr. Hardin was informed that the December 7, 1982 potentially reportable item pertaining to welding deficiencies in chilled water pumps bed plates supplied by Gould Pump, Inc.,
of Seneca Falls, New York, has been evaluated and considered to be not reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and 10CFR, Part 21.
