Conplexities ans.ociated uith the redcaira to incc.rporate the ECCS requirements, especially the coupletion of deaign cnd installation of the upper head injection (UHI) systen, t'ill delay construction. A delcy of 15 canths from the current corp 7 etion daten t'ill occur ne c reruit of thic ucc1:.
This delay is in addition to that specified in our August 29, 1973, letter in ubich a dels;. beccuse of the UHI systen unc discussed.

Entensive analynic for ccir.nic qualification vf cable trays and supports in all Category I structures had de),.yed the start and ultimately the cocpletion of cable installation.
The analycin and encuing construction vill necesaitate a construction delay of 15 nonths from the current completion dates.
