This includes all NRC staff memoranda, reports, and other documents, NRC Commissioner memoranda and documents, ACRS documents, documents to or from NRC contractors (including ACRS and Commissioner consultants), and any documents to or from any utility, NSSS supplier, Architect / Engineering firms, or professional societies (such as AIF, INPO, EPRI, IEEE, ANS, etc.).

This request includes specifically research requests, SECY papers, contracts and contract amendments, RFP's and responses thereto, and any other document discussing RSS-II or any program associated with it.

Any and all documents discussing a reactor cooling method variously referred to as " feed-and-bleed",
