F The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 64 yggdfisional Operating License No. DPR-16 for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifi-cations in response to your application dated May 22, 1980.
The amendment authorizes changes to Appendix A which clarifies the term "0PERABLE" as it applies to support system outages or multiple outages of redundant components.
Copies of our related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
