gfire suppression valve. The water drained to the floor sump coming in l

,, gcontact with radioactive water causing the sump to overflow. A portion l

g l leaked out the building to storm drain system. The valve was tested and I i, i4i l reset, door wasblocked and storm drain system was cleaned and flushed.
