N As a result of'the inspection conducted on May 16'- June 10, 1983, and in accordance with the NRC Enforcement Policy,:47-:FR 9987 (March 9, 1982), the following violation was identified.

Unit 2 turbine driven auxiliary feedwater pumo steam stop valve (HV-3226),.
control air (instrument' air) lines which had Oeen disconnected from the r
- valve and controller were not protected as required by FNP-0-AP-44.0,
" Cleanliness of Fluid Systems and Associated Camponents."
This is a Severity Level V Violation (Supplement I).
