COOPER NUCLEAR STATION RECIRCULATION SYSTEM PIPE CRACKS On May 19, 1983, you reported recirculation system pipe cracks identified pursuant to examinations required by IE Bulletin 83-02. On July 8 and July 11,1983, we received notification of reactor water cleanup system and core spray system pipe cracks, respectively. Responsibility for evaluation of your proposed actions to deal with the pipe cracks in these systems and approval of plant restart subsequent to these actions has been transferred from the NRC's Region IV office to the Division of Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
