CRYSTAL RIVER UNIT N0. 3 - WITHDRAWAL 0F TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST NO. 6, DEGRADED GRID PROTECTION (TAC N0. 52039)
By letter dated May 28, 1985, as subsequently modified, you applied for an amendment to the Crystal River Unit 3 Operating License No. DPR-72. The proposed change would have modifSed the facility Technical Specifications pertaining to undervoltage protection.
Subsequently, by letter dated March 31, 1989, you withdrew the amendment request, and congnitted to incorporate changes consistent with NRC staff guidance on this matter in the Technical Specification Improvement Program. This withdrawal is accepted, and the TAC 52039 is closed.
