SUBJECT: Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Division I Chlorine Detection System Surveillance Requirements Not Met LER 83-046/03 L-0 AECM-83/0277 On April 12, 1983, it was discovered that the monthly functional surveillance for the "A" Division I Chlorine Detection System had not been performed by its late date of April 10, 1983. Action (a) of Technical Specification 3.3.7.8 was entered. The event is reported pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
