AFFIDAVIT OF RICHARD R. KEIMIG I, Richard R. Keimig, being duly sworn, depose and state:
I am the Chief, Reactor Projects Branch 2, Division of Project and Resident Programs in the NRC's Region I Office.
I have recently reviewed the report of an audit identified as Three Mile Island Management Audit, January 9-20, 1978 to determine whether anything contained therein would have affected either rqy oral or written testimony on the issue of management competency of General Public Utilities for the operation of Three Mile Island Unit 1 given before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's hearing in the above captioned matter.
I find nothing in the audit report that would cause me, then or now, to alter my testimony in any manner. The audit was perfonned on a management organization, structure and philoscphy which was not in existence at the time my testimony was given and, therefore, bears no relevancy to that testimony.
