AFFIDAVIT OF Lawrence P. Crocker I, Lawrence P. Crocker, being duly sworn, depose and state:
I am Section Leader of the Management Technology Section in the Licensee Qut.lifications Branch, Division of Human Factors Safety, Office of Nuclear Recctor Regulation of the Nuclear Regulatory Ccmmission.
For the TMI-1 Restart proceeding, I served as a staff witness in support of those portions of the TMI-1 Restart safety evaluation report, NUREG-0680, Supplements No. I and 2, relating to the organization and management of TMI-1.
I also co-sponr.ored tostimony with Frederick R. A11anspech in res.aonse to Aamodt Contention 2, relating to the upgrading of the performance of license technicians and management, and I sponsored testimony relating to the adequacy of staffing at TMI-1 (Issue Number 11).
I have re-read the Three Mile Island Management Audit, January 9-20 1978, mentioned in the Aamodt Comments Concerning NRC Staff Review of GPU v.
B&W Court Trial Transcript and Motions to Reopen Record of Restart Proceeding, dated March 15, 1983.
I find nothing in the Management Audit that affects any testimony I have given in this proceeding, because that audit deals with the 8305170o44 830513 DRADOCK05000g m

j, TMI Station management structure and policies that were in effect more than a year prior to the TMI-2 accident. My testimony in this proceeding concerns the totally revised organization and management now in effect for TMI-1 restart.
