SUBJECT: Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Division I LSS System, Division I Diesel Generator, LPCI A and LPCS Declared Inoperable LER 83-060/03 L-0 AECM-83/0261 On March 29, 1983, while in Cold Shutdown, a Load Shedding and Sequencing (LSS) panel failure alarm actuated. The Division I LSS System, the Division I Diesel Generator, LPCI A and LPCS were subsequently declared inoperable. LPCI C was the only operable ECCS system, therefore, a Limiting Condition for Operation was entered in accordance with Technical Specification 3.5.2.

The event is reported pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
