Application for Amendment to the Operating License to amend Appendix A of our license to revise Table 6.2-1, " Minimum Shif t Crew Composition".

Forty (40) copies of documents designated Amended Attachments A and B which set forth the requested change in Technical Specification and its safety evaluation.
Please delete Table 6.2-1 from the original submittal and insert the attached corrected Table 6.2-1 which has been revised to correct a typographical error in note #, annanned is corrected to unmanned.
Please delete the safety evaluation from the original submittal and insert the attached revised safety evaluation.
