AMENDED APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT i

TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the " Commission"), Duquesne Light Company ("DLC"),

holder of Provisional Operating License No. DPR-66, hereby requests that our submittal of November 23, 1932 Table 6.2-1, Minimum Shift Crew Composition and safety evaluation be amended.

The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attach-ment A to this Application. An amended safety evaluation is set forth in Attachment B. The proposed change does not involve a significant change in the types or a significant increase in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized power level of the facility. The change involves a single safety issue, Minimum Shift Crew Composition and is in accordance 4th 10 CFR 170.22.

WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to Pro-visional Operating License No. DPR-66 be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
