The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 76 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-39 for the Zion Station, Unit No.1. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by letter dated Septanber 23, 1982 and telecopied to the NRC on the same day.
The amendment will pemit the 1B charging pump to be inoperable for an a additional three days while repairs are co8pleted to the pump.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
