SPENT FUEL STORAGE CAPACITY OYSTER CREEK NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION By letter dated September 28, 1982, we transmitted a Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to License No. DPR-16. The first page of this notice reflects an erroneous date of September 28, 1982 (47 FR 43817, October 4,1982).
Enclosed with this letter is a corrected notice published in the Federal Register on October 8,1982 (47 FR 44647), which reflects November 8,1982, as the deadline for requesting a hearing. This corrected notice replaces the notice enclosed with my letter dated September 28, 1982.
