SHOREHAM NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNIT 1-i The Connission has requested the Office o_f the Federal Register to publish the enclosed " Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating _
License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for Hearing." This notice relates to your application for. amendment dated December 15, 1989, which would add (on page 6 of Facility Operating;
-License No. NPF-82, inwediately following the text of License Condition 2.C(13)',"
a new License Condition 2.C(14), to read as follows:
The requirements set forth in License Conditions-(9) through'(13) will.

The reactor:is void of all fuel assemblies; and
