By letter dated February 26, 1990, we informed you that the use of the HWC program.was not appropriate at this time. The letter requested that you submit a revised IGSCC inspection schedule prior to the outage which would 1

reflect the inspection plan without using credit for the HWC program, i

By telephone conversion on March 6, 1990, you pointed out that a table in the Jhnuary 29,~1990 submittal contains a list of IGSCC inspections which will be performed under the' original schedule.- Since this list does not-take credit-
