Csaid that NR'C exercises 'T6riYdiction over all containment suppliers -- e.g.,
all architect / engineers like Bechtel, Stone End Webster, Sargent & Lande (?) -- about 30 or so companies.
As for companies that manufacturer solely containment liners, he suys that they would be subcontractors to the containment suppliers.
4-He was unsure of the cost of containment liners, but said that since containments could cost $30 million, a liner could cost about 10% ($3 million), but also said at least a million.
