- 3. Lea said that Roberts had not continuing interest in SBTW, and asked why we'd need this information.
I said I underst ad that there was some profit sharing, and that he wanted to understand how'SBTW related to NRC matters.
At first lea said that Roberts kad nothing to do with profits. Then he said that he did have a vested pension plan, but it wasn't tied to future profits; that Roberts would get what he was due from the plan, unrelated to future successes or failures.
He didn't have a copy of the plan,
_but was looking for it.
He said Roberts called him and asked him to send it to us (Note-Roberts thought it was profit sharing, so we have to check it out when it arrives).
