Inspection on June 1 - July 1, 1981 (Report No. 50-206/81-24) Areas Inspected:
Routine resident inspection of plant operations; monthly maintenance and surveil-lance operations; surveillance program review; startup testing; followup on licensee event reports, Bulletin responses and unresolved items; and independent inspection. The inspection involved 80 inspector hours by one NRC. inspector.
Results:
One item of noncompliance (insufficient chemical procedures - Severity level 5) and one deviation (insufficient' review of changes to test procedures) were identified.
