This is in further response to Ms. Epstein's letter dated March 3, 1981, in which she requested on behalf of your firm, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, five categories of information pertaining to the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Power Plant.
On March 25, 1981, we provided one document to your firm and informed you that search was underway for additional records subject to your request.
This final response was delayed due to, among other things, 1
review of numerous inspection reports to determine which reports relate to your request.
The enclosed appendix lists the remaining records which are subject to your request and which are enclosed.
You will be billed sepan tely by NRC's private copying service contractor, Literature Research Company, for the cost of copying records.

With regard to category four of your request, NRC staff stated that the names of NRC inspectors appear on the various enclosed inspection reports.
