PETITION TO REVIEW RESU PT] ON OF CONSTRUCTION AT MARBLE M.
Save the Valley has petitioned the Commission to review the March 27, 1981 letter permitting the resumption of construction at Marble Hill.
The Commission has determined that this
- petition should be treated as a petition to the Director of Inspection and Enforcement under 10 CFR 2.206.
With respect to item 7 of the petition, the Commission views your briefing of May 7, 1980 as satisfying the instructions in its Memorandum and Order of March 13, 1980.
