OF CONSTRUCTION AT MARBLE HILL This is to advise you that the Commission (with three Commissioners approving and Commissioner Gilinsky disapproving) has authorized the Secretary to dispatch the attached mamorandum and letter,

vnich were revised based on Commissioners' comments.
In connection with his disapproval, Commissioner Gilinsky provided the following comment:
"It would save everyone a lot of time and effort if the Commission simply denied the petition."
The Office of the General Counsel was informed of this action on June 3, 1981.
