This report concerns TS.3.7.ll, "All fire barrier penetrations (including cable penetration barriers, firedoors and fire dampers) in fire zone-boundaries protecting safety-related areas, shall be. functional." This incident was considered to be of no significance with respect to the health and safety of the public.
