Bishop of this office from May 4 to June 2,1981 of activities authorized by NRC Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-154 and 155, and to the disucssion of his findings held by Mr. Bishop with you and members of your staff at the conclu * a of the inspection. Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector. Based on the results of this inspection, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements, as set forth in the Notice of Violation, enclosed herewith ar Appendix A. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's 1 Public Document Room. If this report contains any information that you believe to be exempt from disclosure under 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4), it is necessary that you (a) notify this office by telephone within ten (10) days from the date of this letter of your intentica to file a request for withholdinc; and (b) submit within 25 days from the date of this letter a written application to this office to withhold such information. If your receipt of this letter has been j delayed such that less than seven (7) days are available for your review, ' 'please notify this office promptly so that a new dua date may be established.
