TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET No. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/81076 The enclosed report provides details concerning a safety injection pump being inoperable due to discovery of water in the lube oil. This event required entry into limiting condition for operation 3.5.2 and is reportable under Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
