TENNESSEE VALLET AUTHORITY - SEQUOTAE NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/8101 The enclosed report provides details concerning the inoperability of a condensate storage tank level instrument channel. This event resulted in the phat entering action statement 34 of limiting condition for operation 3.3.3.9 and is reported under Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
