Dear Mr. Couris11:
ACRS (10)
N Amendment No. 51, issued July 6,1978, to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-21 for Millstone 1 included a revised page 3/4 7-7.
During the issuance of this change we inadvertehtly omitted the last three words of a previously approved provision. Accordinglyl a arrected page
- 3/4 7-7 is enclosed and should replace the existing page.
On April 6,1981 the Comission issued Amendment No. 75 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-21 and Amendment No. 65 to Facility Operating i
License No. DPR-65 for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos.
l 1 and 2. respectively. The amendments approved changes to the Appendix B (Environmental) Technical Specifications (ETS) to delete selected surveillance requirements. Page 3.1-16, which was revised by these amendments, inadvertently reflected a change which was not intended and, therefore, was not identified by a vertical line. The enclosed page 3.1-16 is to replace the page 3.1-16 issued by Amendment Nos. 75 and 65.
i During the issuance of Amendment No. 76, dated April 16,1981, to License No. OPR-21, page 3/4 5-7 inadvertently omitted a change involving the pressure relief valves approved by Amendment No. 73 issued Marchill, 1981. Accordingly, a corrected page 3/4 5-7 is enclosed and should be substituted for the page included with Amendment No. 76.
We regret any inconvenience caused by these errors.
Sincerely, M
Dennis M. Crutchfield, Chief Operating Reactors Branch #5 Division of Licensing Enclosuras:
