- %3 BELLEFGITE NUCLEAR WEf UEITS 1 AND 2 - FAILURE OF MAIM STIAM LINES BECAUSE OF MAIN FEEDETER OVERFILL - NCR BLM NEB 8004 - FOURTH INTERIf1 REFORT On March 19, 1980, Bruce Cochran, ERC-0IE Region II, was inferised that the su'Jject nonocatformance was determined to be mportable in accordanoa with 10 CFR 50.55(e). This was fonowed by our interin mports dated April 17, September 23, and December 29, 1980. We expect to submit our next s port by December 29, 1981. We consider 10 TR Part 21 to be applicable to this -Parmenee.
TTA has requested input fmm B&W in order that TTA may proceed with its evaluation of the dynamic loading effects en the main steen lines for a feedwater overfill. TVA is also contivming to work with B&W on incorporating mitigative instrsonantatian into the Bellefonte units.
