This letter refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by M. Banerjee,
E. Collins and D. Lew, for the period November 5, 1989, through December 2 ,
1989, at the 0ytter Creek Nuclear Generating Station.
The inspection consisted
of document reviews, personnel interviews and observations of activities.
The
enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results.
Inspectors
discussed the findings with you and members of your staff after the inspection.
This report contains details of your security program that have been determined
to be exempted from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21,
Safeguards Information.
Therefore, those portions will not be placed in the
NRC Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
This letter
will be placed in the Public Document Room in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
