circuit > breaker, making 1 internal modifications to the circuit bre'ater, repairing or replacing component parts of a circuit-
. breaker,~or adjusting the calibration of a circuit breaker.

The term " person" means any natural person, v
corporation, partnership, association, business trust or other
-form:of Icgal entity.

The term " communication" shall include but is not limited to oral communications, correspondence, memoranda, reports and records of telephone calls and reports of meetings.
