BULLETIN 88 10 AND SUPPLEMENT 1 TO BULLETIN 88-10(TACN0,71372)
By letters dated April 3 and July 31,1989, LP&L responded to Bulletin 88-10.
As a result of Supplement 1 to Bulletin 88-10, correction to their April 3
'1989 submittal were required and were forwarded by letter ated July 31,
-1989.
In its responses, the Itcensee confirmed that acti ties required to address the issue of substandard molded case circuit brea rs discussed in Bulletin 88-10.will be performed on an acceptable schedul A detailed technical review of the licensee's responses has not been erformed however.
the area may be subject to inspection at a later date.
If a subsequent inspection identifies deficiencies in the licensee's actions and responses, p
.this issue will be reopened. Presently we consider this action complete.
