license.
This application for an amendment to the James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications revises the 4 kV Emergency Bus Undervoltage Relay (Degraded Voltage) setpoint. The Authority is changing the reserve station transformer tap settings during the 1990 refueling outage, and, as a result, these setpoints must also be changed. The changes
