REQUEST FOR' ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SECOND TEN-YEAR. INSERVICE TEST PROGRAM PLANT-(UNIT 1 TAC ~64976;. UNIT 2 TAC 64977)
The NRC staff has completed'its initial review of your-revised inservice' test
'(IST), program plan for--safety related pumps and valves as provided in your-
. letter of October 18, 1988.
We-have determined.that additional'information is needed to support:the following two ASME Code relief. requests:
pump relief request number 6 and valve relief request number SI-4.
.The need for this additional information was discussed with your staff on a conference-. telephone call on January 5,1990.
During this call,- your staff agreed to provide-the information requested in the enclosed request for additional information by February 16, 1990.
