SUWECT: POTENTIALLY DEFECTIVE REFUREISHED ELECTRICAL EQUlPMENT In our continuing inytstigation to identify the circumstances under which defective refurbished electrical touipment may have been supplied to nuclear power plants, we have discovered additional invoices that specify your agency as the customer.

Copies of these invoices are attached for your information and use. These documents result from our review of a selection of records spanning the last three or four years from companies supplying molded case circuit breakers listed in NRC Information Notice 86 46, a copy of which is enclosed for your inf ormation. As other records conie to light, we will provide 6

copies to your of fice as appropriate.
